Co-managed IT and device pricing
Choose per-user or per-device managed service coverage in your quote. Devices already included in a per-user plan are not charged again.

Co-managed service supplements your internal IT team. Your quote specifies who owns first-line support, security decisions, changes and escalations. Hardware, software subscriptions, carrier plans, cloud consumption and backup storage are separate unless listed.
Regular hours and approved extra work
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, America/Chicago (Austin local time, including daylight saving time)
Hourly rates apply only to approved work outside the included scope. Included support and covered critical incidents are not billed again. Regular work has a 30-minute minimum; after-hours work has a 60-minute minimum; additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Minimums apply once per work session. Work crossing 8 AM or 5 PM is split at the boundary. A request timestamp does not start a charge. Availability and response commitments follow the signed agreement.
Community savings apply to base recurring coverage. Hourly labor and custom add-ons use their quoted rates. No hourly fee is charged merely because a ticket arrives after hours.
