LastStop Connect

Terms of service

Effective August 19, 2026

LastStop Connect is a support and service-management portal operated by Technology Last Stop, LLC. Access is limited to authorized users and is subject to the applicable service agreement, acceptable-use requirements, and assigned permissions.

Authorized use

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another customer’s data, introduce malicious content, or interfere with service availability.
• Keep account and multifactor-authentication methods secure and report suspected compromise immediately.
• Remote-support sessions require clear user authorization, visible session controls, least privilege, and an audit record.
• Subscription status may control tenant access, subject to contract terms, notice, grace periods, and applicable law.

Service and maintenance

Planned maintenance and material incidents may affect availability. When practical, notices identify timing, impact, and alternate support channels. Emergency support remains available through emergency@techlaststop.com and the contracted helpdesk number.

Store availability, device compatibility, and third-party integrations depend on their publishers and may change. Published store applications remain subject to Google and Apple review.
