Privacy notice

Technology Last Stop, LLC uses account, organization, support-request, device, communication, and service records to provide LastStop Connect and managed IT support. We limit collection to information needed to authenticate users, route and resolve requests, operate security controls, bill services, meet contractual obligations, and maintain audit evidence.

How information is handled

• Client users see only their authorized organization records; staff access is permission-controlled and audited.
• Support attachments are kept in private application storage and delivered through authorized routes.
• Integration credentials are stored in protected hosting settings or encrypted server-side; passwords and store signing keys are not collected by the portal.
• Operational data is retained according to the applicable service agreement, legal duties, and documented retention policy.

Your choices

Authorized users may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Security and legal retention requirements may limit deletion. Send privacy or security questions to support@techlaststop.com.

This notice does not by itself represent HIPAA, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or other certification. Regulated deployments require a signed agreement, documented scope, configured controls, and independent validation where required.
